Body Shop were doing a 40% off offer and I saw this body and hair oil and decided to give it a go (£16) – Spa Of The World Polynesian Monoï Radiance Oil. It is a coconut oil base with tire flowers which smells amazing.
I mainly use this on my hair s it is perfect for my dry ends but this is also lovely on the skin, easily absorbed without any greasy residue.
I am totally sold, it is a great product at a great price!
I am really loving the culotte and this pair from Zara are beautiful (£39.99). High waisted with gold buttons in a chic navy. Love!
A lovely brand that I discovered in TK Maxx. These liquid soap hand washes are so lovely and full of aromatherapy oils making them smell amazing and are very gentle. These were about £5 each and last for ages.
She Aromatherapy is an Australian brand that focuses on natural ingredients. I have to say I have never seen this brand anywhere else but these hand washes are now a staple in my bathroom!
I recently discovered the brand Deichmann and have to say was so impressed with the range of shoes and boots at very reasonable prices. I picked up two pairs of the same faux suede ankle boots and they have been my go to boots for the past few months. They are the Graceland ankle boots (£24.99 each) in black and taupe. The heel is 8.5cm but so comfortable I have walked miles in these and not felt anything!
I should really buy shares in Zara! This lovely (very on trend) jumper with tie-on sleeves is my latest purchase (£29.99). I think this is such a cool piece, easy to wear but with a uniqueness that makes it stand out.
I love velvet. It is one of my favourite materials be it for clothing or interiors – I am lusting after a jewel coloured velvet sofa..but in the meantime I am enjoying this beautiful velvet jacket from Marks & Spencer (£69)
This is a gorgeous jacket that is so versatile and can be worn anytime anywhere – smart or casual, work or night out. It drapes beautifully and the velvet is buttery soft. This is such a lovely piece and I am loving wearing this!
I am absolutely addicted to having baths and over the past few months I have gone through bags and bags of the Westlab Himalayan Bath Salts (about £5) and the Better You Magnesium Flakes (£9.99)
I love the soft pink Himalayan bath salts. They are packed full of minerals, including magnesium to soothe and repair damaged skin and regenerating calcium to promote cell renewal.
According to the blurb “helping to improve absorption of nutrients, increase circulation and stimulate the body’s digestive and nervous systems, the salt removes toxins to leave the body feeling cleansed, radiant and healthy. Potassium, an ingredient that works to reduce stress and anxiety also minimises the risk of high blood pressure”.

My skin is definitely softer and not at all dry if I use this is my bath. I tend to layer the salts with bath oils for added pleasure! I have a big glass jar full of this and always have a back up bag in the cupboard! A must have for bath time.
Then the Magnesium Flakes, this is a more recent discovery and are known for their muscle repairing properties. Believe me, I don’t do extreme workouts but occasionally my hot yoga really kills me and this is when I break out these amazing bath flakes.
These are also supposed to really help you relax and detox, and because of that they have become my guaranteed hangover cure! They really do work. I genuinely feel so much better after a bath with a big handful of these flakes! Again I will often add oils or other bath milks but it is also amazing on its own.
These are now my absolute must haves for any bath time!
I have been meaning to get my hands on the L’Oreal Revitalift Laser Renew The Double Care. This has been much raved about and is said to be as good as some creams worth £200 (this is £24.99 often on offer for £20 which is what I paid).
As you can see below there are two different creams/serums dispensed by a dual pump- one is 2% Vitamin CG and the other 6% Pro-Xylane. This way they are meant to work together at the very last moment.
These are both meant to be very powerful anti-ageing ingredients.
I have been using this for about a month now and I really really like it! The cream/serum is not too heavy but really seems to moisturise my skin even during these dry winter months. I have noticed my skin is looking fresher and less “rough” in places. I can’t say that my fine lines have reduced but my skin is definitely happier and healthier looking.
For the price this cream is certain to become a regular repurchase!
