I have been looking for some button dresses and found these two in New Look (£22.99 each). I like that although they are exactly the same design, the different patterns really make them quite different to each other!
They have spaghetti straps, and buttons all the way down the front. At the back, the top part is elasticated & ruched which makes the fit much better and more comfortable.
First is this pretty, summery floral blue. I love this colour! Both dresses work well with a simple cardigan or denim jacket.
The second dress is a red striped one. This this looks smarter, although still very pretty and summery!
I have never been a jumpsuit fan but definitely a culotte fan – this combines the two and I think works really well and is so flattering! From New Look £29.99.
I love summer dresses and I will be attempting to make mine transition into the colder months. This lovely burnt orange floral dress certainly works well for a more autumnal feel!
It is from New Look and was the bargain price of £14.99! I love the shape of the skirt and the neck detail is also really lovely.
I do love a good layering piece and these kimonos, both from New Look are perfect for the spring/summer throw on!
This first one (£24.99) is a just so pretty with the flowers and navy blue background.
This velvet/devore kimono (£32.99) is gorgeous and works well day or night. I love the pink pop of colour.
I love the bomber trend but am a bit nervous of all the really colourful ones. So when I saw this in New Look I was sold.
This is a lovely silver bomber with subtle embroidery detail on the shoulder/lapels. I absolutely love the colour and I think this looks way more expensive than £34.99. This goes really nicely with dresses as well as the more obvious jeans and t-shirt combination.
Hopefully a classic version of trend that will I will keep reaching for.
So it probably comes as no surprise that blush pink is my new favourite colour and I have slowly been accumulating a few items in that colour palette.
First is the beautiful lace skirt from Zara (£29.99). Its just a simple pencil skirt that is totally elevated by the lace and more importantly the colour. I am wearing it with a lovely gold-flecked t-shirt also from Zara (£15.99).
Next is this cut-out bomber jacket also from Zara. Again the colour for me is everything but the laser cut out detail is really pretty and unique. Bombers are very in this season and I think this is a good investment as I think it will still be relevant next year and year after!
I thought it would be cool to include this bomber jacket from New Look (£24.99) that my daughter begged me for. It is a lovely blush satin and looks super cute with loads of different outfits. She definitely loves it!
Whilst in New Look I also got myself this zip-front mini skirt (£19.99). Although it isn’t completely pink it has lots of pink in it which is what drew me in! Worn with the same Zara t-shirt as earlier.
Of course I had to include my new Asos jacket here too.
Finally from Forever 21 is this pretty midi dress with lace detail on the sleeves (£25). This is a darker blush but still so pretty and easy to wear. I love the lace detail as it add something special to a simple dress.
I thought I would also include some accessories in this post that I am loving in this palette –
Pink scarf H&M (£9.99)
Blush Leopard scarf Zara (£12.99)
Also had to put in they picture of these H&M Beauty nail polishes gorgeous blush tones!
Other blush pink items I have purchased over the months have featured in their own posts but I thought I would link them here –
Pink Cuffed Cargo Trousers
Cos Asymmetric Pink Blouse
I love this woven clutch from New Look – it was reduced from a bargain £15.99 to a even bigger bargain of £12.99!
I love the long gold chain so it can be worn over your shoulder or even cross-body. The chain can also be tucked away so it becomes a lovely clutch.
It is huge so can fit in lots of essentials for daytime or evening!
